Return policy
I. Accepted Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept product returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Incorrect product delivered: The delivered product is not the correct type, model, or color as ordered.
Missing quantity or accessories: The product lacks components, accessories, or the quantity does not match the invoice.
Manufacturer’s defect: The product has technical issues, design flaws, hidden defects, or was damaged during shipping.
Change of usage needs: Customers may return or exchange the product if it is no longer needed.
Note: Clearance or liquidation items are not eligible for return or exchange.
II. Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Product Requirements for Return/Exchange
Product integrity: The item must be in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and seals (unless the damage was caused during shipping).
Full set of accompanying items: Includes user manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any promotional gifts (if applicable).
No signs of usage or damage: The product must not have stains, scratches, deformation, or any damage not caused by the manufacturer.
Return request information: Customers must contact us via hotline and provide proof of purchase (sales invoice, warranty card, delivery note, bank statement, etc.).
2. Time Frame for Return/Exchange
Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of product receipt.
The processing period starts once all required documents and information have been received and verified.
3. Return/Exchange Fees
Manufacturer’s defect: Free return or exchange within 7 days.
Other reasons: Customers may be responsible for part of the return/exchange fee based on the value of the product/order.
III. Refund Policy
1. Refund Principle
Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
2. Refund Method
Refunds will be made via bank transfer.
3. Processing Time
Our team will contact the customer via phone to confirm the return/exchange request.
If the request meets all conditions, we will proceed with the refund within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
