I. Definitions and Terminology
1. Warranty
Refers to the correction of defects, malfunctions, or technical failures caused by manufacturer errors.
2. Maintenance & Servicing
Includes tasks related to maintaining and servicing the product. These do not fall under the warranty scope (excluding the replacement of components). The maintenance schedule and procedures will be discussed and agreed upon between Bach Linh Duong and the customer.

II. Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period is clearly stated for each individual product.
2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

Mechanical wear and tear, scratches, cracks, or damage caused by impact.

Improper usage or usage not in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Products that have been repaired, replaced, modified, or altered by a third party not authorized by the company.
Damage caused by strong impact, dropping, water exposure, chemical contact, or extreme temperatures.
Warranty cards that are torn, erased, or deemed invalid.

3. Notes
In special cases, such as geographical limitations, we may provide remote assistance via phone or offer documentation to help customers resolve basic issues on their own.
III. Maintenance Policy
Maintenance services are subject to additional charges. Our technicians will notify customers of the exact cost prior to service execution.
